You can archive a single document, multiple documents, and even a full folder with all its contents:

CORS Rules

For any bucket that uses Glacier archiving, the CORS rules have to include the header x-amz-restore. If you used Yarkon (version 5.0.1 and above) to set up your CORS rules, then this should be set automatically for you. For more, please see CORS rules.
